Baked quince / Gutui coapte

(for English version scroll down the page)

Something more simple I really don't believe there is among desserts as, I do think, it will be a successfully 'something sweet' you need in the evenings of winter .
Unique flavor between flavors, an incontestable Queen of the taste..... what could I say more  to convince you to enter it in a busy day menu of goodies?
Because SHE, the quince, fully deserves its place on the top of the choices. More information about the quality of the quince you can find on those large virtual paths.
We talked about it in a previous material (here) and I think you might be interested to know what you can do with it.
And then? What to do more?
Take quinces, wash them well and give them in a hot oven. Leave them there for 30-40 minutes (until tender) then ... out with them. Slice them, pour all with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon and roasted and ground/crushed nuts. And ... that's all about that.
Is it much? Is it little? It's pretty or enough ? I leave you to judge and decide.
So, what 'goodies' do you make from quinces?

Enjoy !
