Dandelion leaves salad



Whether dandelion is, whether Taraxacum is ....same thing must be. A flower -looking a Queen, a color that makes you want her in a bouquet, a tea to which you give thanks and why not...a  bow in front of a plate  where a unique flavor expend its greatness ! 
That's dandelion !

Directions:
young and fresh dandelion leaves
'greens': a handfull of chopped parsley and dill, chopped spring onion


Dressing (on your taste):
olive oil
salt, pepper
some paprika
wine vinegar


Wash dandelion leaves and let them to stay in water for about an hour. After that, get them out and mix them with dressing and greens.


My personal recipe for this salad is:
same leaves and greens
same dressing with an extra amount of ground dried chili
few slices of strawberries
few slices of apricot
few olives
few cubes of cheese
rosted pumpkin seeds and peanuts
The 'technology' is the same as above.







SALATA DE PAPADIE

Fie ca vorbim de papadie, fie ca vorbim de taraxacum...acelasi lucru e. O floare cu aspect de regina, o culoare care te face s-o doresti intr-un buchet, un ceai caruia-i aduci multumiri si...de ce nu, o plecaciune in fata farfuriei pe care-si lafaie savoarea! Asta e papadia!

Ingrediente:
frunze proaspete si tinere de papadie
'verzituri' : marar si patrunjel tocat, ceapa verde tocata


Dressing-ul (dupa gustul propriu):
ulei de masline
sare, piper
otet de vin
boia
Spala frunzele bine apoi lasa-le pt. o ora sa stea in apa. Scoate-le, scutura-le si amesteca-le cu dressing-ul.


Reteta mea personala pentru salata este:
aceleasi frunze si 'verzituri'
acelasi dressing cu un adaus de chili uscat si zdrobit
citeva felii de capsuni si caise
citeva masline
citeva cuburi de brinza
seminte de bostan si alune prajite
